Over the past 3 years Sirona have been rebuilding their service image in Western Australia.  We are pleased to say that we now feel that our ability to stand behind our products here is the best it’s ever been.

They are amongst the best trained in their fields. Recently we sent Mr Ilija Romanic to Germany to attend a week long course on our newest 3D cone beam imaging solutions. We have also been pleased to obtain the services of Mr Albert Heuser who has spent many years working for Sirona in their Bensheim factory. We also now have formal capacity to manage all elements of your project with the appointment of Mr Ray McGrath to the position of Senior Technician and Project Manager. This can take a lot of the day to day worry out of scheduling, sourcing and controlling a complex installation. This team are led by a specialist Service Management team ,led by Mr Derek Macintosh, who ensure that schedules are met, parts are chased up, and quality is maintained across everything we do.

No one is better in imaging than HTC. Having our origins in Medical Radiography we have a depth of knowledge that is second to none in this rapidly changing environment. This makes us the logical partner for everyone from a simple intraoral replacement to a complex Radiology Department fit out.

In a world of just in time ordering  we recently took the bold step of ordering a comprehensive set of replacement  parts to hold as permanent stock with each of our Service Technicians. By doing this we ensure that most of your issues are handled right on the spot when our technician arrives saving costly return visits.

No one can offer the range of services under one roof as we can:  if you need it fixed, compliance tested, installed, removed, or disposed of then the team at HTC can take care of you. We also have years of experience in a range of different manufacturers brands so chances are if you have one we can take a look at it.
